ways to return to yourself.

We listen and don’t fix, because when we want to fix, we forget to listen first. You’ll notice that by listening and truly being with your body’s senses and signs, the “fixing” will gently begin by itself, not by forcing, but by feeling and getting to know your body’s language.

Through intuitive, gentle somatic practices you reconnect with what your body knows, loosen stored tension and create space from the inside out.
