Meet your inner nature

This is what this test can bring you

Understanding your constitution can help you:

  • recognise your natural strengths and tendencies

  • understand why your body and mind respond the way they do

  • identify possible imbalances in your current lifestyle, and what you are more vulnerable to

  • find simple ways to restore harmony in the elements through movement, rhythm and lifestyle

  • get to know your own self-healing blueprint with  nature-based principles

  • feel more at home in who you already are

This test is not a diagnosis, it is a doorway.
A starting point to get to know your system with more softness, curiosity and clarity.

This questionnaire is designed to help you understand the natural qualities that live in your system, the tendencies you were born with. Please answer each question by tuning into what feels most true for you by nature, not what you’ve learned, adapted or trained yourself into.

If it helps, think back to how you were as a child or in your early years: your spontaneous tendencies, energy, body, preferences and reactions.

There are no right or wrong answers, simply choose what feels most familiar and honest to your inner nature. Take your time. Let your body answer with you.
