Discover your
current dosha(s)

Rather than telling you who you are, this assessment is designed to help you understand what your body may be asking for right now.

In Ayurveda, this is known as your vikruti, your current state of balance or imbalance. Unlike your birth constitution (prakruti), your vikruti naturally changes throughout life. It is influenced by many factors, including stress, work, sleep, emotions, digestion, the seasons, your environment, illness, recovery, and daily habits.

Because of this, your results are not a permanent label. They are simply a reflection of your current state.

According to Ayurveda, everyone is made up of three natural energies called the doshas:

VATA | PITTA | KAPHA

These three energies are present in everyone, but in a unique proportion.

Your birth constitution (prakruti) remains your natural foundation throughout life.

However, the doshas that are most noticeable today may differ from your natural baseline, depending on what your body has experienced.

This assessment therefore focuses on what is most active in your system at this moment.

What you'll receive

After completing the assessment, you'll receive a personalised PDF that includes:

+ An overview of your current Ayurvedic balance

(Which dosha(s) are currently most active in your system)

+ An explanation of what this may look and feel like in daily life

+ Common factors that can contribute to this imbalance, such as lifestyle,

stress, work, recovery, digestion or seasonal influences

+ Gentle nutrition recommendations

+  Lifestyle and daily rhythm suggestions

Rather than offering strict rules, these recommendations are intended as gentle guidance

to help you reconnect with your body and better understand what it may need right now.

Choose the answer that best reflects how you have generally felt over the past 2–4 weeks.

1 star = Not at all / 5  stars = Very much
